WARRANTY COVER FOR FULLY CHARGED VEHICLE PURCHASES

Firstly, thank you for expressing an interest in purchasing goods from Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd (the "Physical Goods").

What cover does this limited warranty provide?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, however this must be under normal use during the “Warranty Period”.
During the “Warranty Period”, Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, strictly whilst used under normal use and maintenance.

What happens if my product is faulty?

Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd will replace the product at no charge.

How long does the warranty from Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd last for?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd is 1 year from the date of purchase.
A replacement physical good assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good purchased.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Commercial use of the cables.

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, or from improper use.

  • Physical abuse and damage. 

  • Any tampering or customisation of the item

  • Rust will develop if you do not use the rubberised cover and is not covered under the warranty. 

  • Water damage is not covered by the warranty. Water and moisture is the No.1 reason for cable failure so please keep the cables out of puddles and dry where possible.

  • Domestic wear and tear

  • Items must be in a ‘reasonable’ used or as new condition - if item shows signs of being abused Fully Charged Vehicles reserves the right not to replace.

To obtain warranty service, please contact us directly, you will need your original proof of purchase. Fully Charged Vehicles Ltd will then discuss the best way to resolve your problem.
